Contest Stages & Voting Process

The Face of Emrence Nigeria contest is divided into two competitive stages:

Stage 1: Viewers’ Choice – The Voting Segment

This stage is all about public votes! Contestants will have a unique voting profile created on the website, where supporters can vote to help them advance to the final stage.

  • To qualify for the next round, each contestant must secure at least 990 votes.

  • Voters can support their favorite contestant by clicking on their flyer and casting their votes.

  • Each vote costs ₦100.

  • Contestants can vote for themselves, and supporters can vote as many times as they wish.

  • The voting system is secured and easy to use, ensuring a fair competition.

  • The top 3 contestants with the highest votes receive additional bonus points.

  • Contestants who reach 1000 votes or more will receive a special gift box and an access card for the 4th runner-up raffle draw.

Stage 2: Introduction Video on Facebook

This stage is where contestants showcase their personality and confidence through a video introduction on Facebook. And scores will be awarded based on the number of views on per contestant video. Their final scores will be calculated based on their overall performance across both stages.

Score Breakdown:

  • Photo Submission: 10 points

  • Viewers’ Choice Votes: 50 points

    • Viewers’ Choice Winner Bonus Points: 10 points

    • 1st Runner-Up Bonus Points: 7 points

    • 2nd Runner-Up Bonus Points: 5 points

  • Introduction Video (Stage 2): 30 points
